  • 250 g butter
  • 500 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 50 g flour
  • 15 g cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • n. B. Wafers

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Toast the oats in a dry pan. Melt the butter and stir in the oats. Combine the flour, Mondamin, sugar, baking powder, and eggs and mix into the oat mixture. Place small mounds on the wafers. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 175 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
