Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise (light salad cream)
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 ml water
  • 75 ml milk
  • possibly vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

easy and fast

Wash the cucumber and slice thinly, season with salt and pepper. Add the salad dressing and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps when adding the liquids. Then add the water and milk, stir thoroughly, and season again with salt and pepper. (You may want to add half a teaspoon of vinegar (for half a cucumber), as the salad should have a slightly acidic note. However, some salad dressings already provide sufficient acidity and salt, so season carefully!)
