Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 350 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 125 g flour (wheat flour)
- 250 g oat flakes, fine
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 tbsp raisins
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cream butter, sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Mix flour with baking powder and oats and gradually add. Knead raisins into the dough. Grease a baking sheet. Place dough in heaps on the baking sheet, leaving space between each one. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius on the middle rack.
