Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 180 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 250 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 100 g spelt flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cream the butter with the sugars, then stir in the egg. Add the flour, baking powder, and oats and mix well. Place small mounds, leaving enough space between them, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for approximately 10 minutes at 170°C.
