Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g margarine
  • 200 g cane sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g coconut flakes
  • 500 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 125 g chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 5 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

makes about 70 pieces

Melt the butter. Stir in the sugar for about one minute. Add the eggs, flour, and baking powder and mix briefly. Stir in the oats, coconut flakes, and chocolate chips. Using two teaspoons, place walnut-sized heaps of the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 170°C (350°F) for about 10-12 minutes. Let cool completely on the baking paper for one to two hours. Yields approximately 70 cookies.
