Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g oat flakes
  • 50 g flour
  • 100 g nuts, ground
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 80 g honey
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g raisins
  • 125 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for 1 tray

Beat the butter with egg, honey, vanilla sugar, and salt until fluffy. Add the flour and baking powder, nuts, and raisins and mix everything together. Fold the oats into the mixture and let it stand for about 10 minutes. Drop the dough with two spoons onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Tip: Leave about 3 to 4 cm of space on all sides—the cookies will be large. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) (180°C fan oven) for about 10-15 minutes.
