Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 2 ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 75 g chocolate (chocolate drops)
- 1 egg(s)
- 125 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 250 ml buttermilk or milk

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
enough for approx. 12 pieces
Mix the wet and dry ingredients separately. Then briefly combine everything in a bowl and mix well. Pour the batter into a prepared muffin tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection oven) for about 20-25 minutes. Let rest for about 5 minutes, then remove from the tin and let cool. Decorate as desired. Tip: Variations include cocoa powder and chocolate sprinkles instead of chocolate chips.
