Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 225 g butter, melted
- 375 g oat flakes, fine
- 225 g sugar
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 150 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 150 ml milk, lukewarm

makes about 45 cookies
Place the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs in a bowl and beat until fluffy. Add the oats and mix well. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in small portions. Add the milk and mix everything well. Add more milk if needed (the dough should not be too stiff, but not too runny either). Using a tablespoon, drop small heaps of dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C on the lowest rack for 11-13 minutes. Do not let the cookies brown! Cool on a wire rack after baking. Tip: I always put the cookies in a Tupperware container after they have cooled and seal it. The cookies taste even better that way. Makes about 45 cookies.
