Oatmeal cookies with chocolate chips and hazelnuts

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 350 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g wheat flour
  • 250 g oat flakes
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 g dark chocolate drops
  • 300 g hazelnuts, whole

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cream the butter, sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Mix the wheat flour with the baking powder and oats and add them gradually. Stir in the chocolate chips. Using two teaspoons, moistened periodically with water, scoop out small heaps of dough (about the size of a hazelnut with its shell on) and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place a hazelnut on each heap. This amount of dough per cookie produces crispy cookies. If you prefer them softer, increase the amount of dough per cookie. Bake for approximately 10 minutes at 190°C (top/bottom heat) on the middle shelf in a preheated oven. The temperature and baking time may vary depending on the oven.
