Oatmeal cookies with sesame and sunflower seeds

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 30 g sesame seeds
  • 90 g oat flakes, fine
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 80 g wheat flour type 405

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cream the butter, sugar, egg, vanilla sugar, and salt until fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. With wet hands, form small balls and place them, not too close together, on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 190°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes.
