Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 eggs, separated
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar, with real vanilla
  • 200 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

nice and fluffy and very tasty

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and refrigerate. Now combine the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the milk and mix briefly. Mix the flour with the baking powder and mix well. Fold in the stiff-beaten egg whites. Pour a ladleful of batter into a pan with hot oil and fry one at a time until golden brown.
