Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter or margarine
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 200 g white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g flour
  • 250 g oat flakes
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 50 g hazelnuts, sliced
  • 50 g sunflower seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

quick to make, enough for about 60 pieces.

Beat the butter with sugar and eggs until fluffy. Gradually stir in the flour, baking powder, and oats. Fold in the hazelnuts and sunflower seeds. Using 2 teaspoons, place small heaps onto a baking sheet. Bake at 180°C (convection oven) for about 15 minutes. Tip: You can decorate the cookies with melted chocolate after they’ve cooled.
