Oatmeal porridge with nuts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g oat flakes, fine
  • 50 g nuts
  • 10 g flaxseed meal
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 250 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Weigh all ingredients and bring to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir until the milk is absorbed by the oats. This takes about 5 minutes. Use nuts according to your preference; dried fruit also works well.
