Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cup(s) spelt flour or whole wheat flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 60 g honey, possibly more (up to 120 g), depending on the desired sweetness
- 2 tbsp molasses or sugar beet syrup
- 1 tbsp vanilla flavor
- 3 tbsp milk
- 3 cup(s) rolled oats, toasted
- 1 cup raisins
- 120 g nuts, if desired

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
very healthy, with honey and molasses, without sugar
Combine the melted butter with the eggs, vanilla extract, honey, molasses, and milk. Combine the flour with salt, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda. Stir everything together. Stir in the oats and finally add the raisins and nuts, if desired. Place the dough in small mounds on a baking sheet. Bake at 165°C for about 20 minutes.
