Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1.2 liters of water
- 1 ½ tbsp broth powder (delicate broth)
- 3 tbsp oat flakes
- 1 egg(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Bring the water to a boil and add the bouillon powder. Add the port flakes and let them swell for a few minutes. Crack the raw egg into a cup and whisk vigorously. Then add the egg to the soup and whisk to combine.
