Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 75 g oat flakes
  • 60 ml water
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 30 g walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil (walnut oil)
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • possibly salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with walnuts

Pour the water over the oatmeal and let it soak for about 5 minutes, then finely chop the onion and add it. Now add the remaining ingredients and mix into a creamy consistency. Season with salt, if desired. It tastes delicious, although you might not believe it when you first read it.
