Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 200 g oat flakes, fine
  • 150 g sugar
  • 125 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp, leveled cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g trail mix
  • n. B. Lemon peel, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Lightly chop or chop the trail mix (especially the nuts) with a knife. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and let it cool slightly. Then mix the butter with the oats well, then add all the other ingredients and mix (you don’t need a hand mixer; a simple wooden spoon will do). Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Drop teaspoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving some space between them. Place in the hot oven and bake for about 15 minutes. The cookies will be soft when they come out of the oven; they will harden as they cool. Makes about 40 cookies.
