Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp rum
- 125 g butter
- 100 g walnuts, ground
- 150 g oat flakes, coarse
- 125 g cake icing, melted

Small pastries, makes about 50 pieces
The dough makes enough for about 50 cookies. Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift into a bowl. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, rum, and small pieces of butter. Using the dough hook on a hand mixer, mix the ingredients until a smooth dough forms. Knead in the nuts and oats. Using two teaspoons, place walnut-sized heaps of dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving enough space between each heap. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan-assisted). Bake for 10-15 minutes. Let the cookies cool. Dip them in the melted icing/chocolate and let them dry.
