News from the lazy single kitchen
Heat 2 glasses of water in a pot, add pasta and stock powder, and simmer for 4 minutes. Turn off the heat. Drain any excess water (a little is fine at the bottom of the pot). Stir in the Obazda (traditional German sausage) and cream cheese. Optionally, add a handful of arugula leaves (I tear a bunch in half with my hands) and/or 1 diced fresh tomato. Add salt if desired. Dust with paprika and serve sprinkled with chives. A great way to use up leftover Obazda from a beer garden or family gathering! It’s the perfect student meal for using up leftovers: ready in 10 minutes, only requires one pot of washing up, and a few inexpensive ingredients.
