Balsamic – Cream – Pasta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 160 g pasta, e.g. spirals
  • 1 dl balsamic vinegar
  • 1 dl cream
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Chop the onion and bell pepper into small pieces. Sauté the vegetables in a little oil over medium heat. Deglaze with balsamic vinegar and reduce slightly. Add the cream, simmer briefly, and season with cayenne pepper and salt. Toss with the drained pasta and serve immediately.
