- 125 g butter or margarine
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 250 g oat flakes
- ½ tsp baking powder

quick and easy
Makes approximately 40 pieces. Preheat the oven to 160°C fan/convection oven and line one or two baking sheets with parchment paper. Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add the eggs and mix well. Add the oats and baking powder and mix well again. Place small mounds on the parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes. TIP: Also delicious with a chocolate coating.
