Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g Camembert(s), mature
  • 3 spring onions
  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp beer, light
  • Paprika powder
  • Caraway powder
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. radishes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Delicious with pretzels, pretzel sticks or caraway sticks

Peel and shred the Camembert cheese, then mash it with a fork in a bowl. Add the beer, sour cream, and butter and mix until fairly smooth. Wash and trim the spring onions. Finely slice the green parts and finely chop the white onions. Mix the spring onions, except for a small portion of the green parts, into the cheese. Season the Obazdn cheese with paprika, caraway, pepper, and salt. Arrange the cheese in a cone shape on plates and garnish with the remaining green parts and a little paprika. Garnish with radishes, if desired. Tip: If you prefer a more tangy flavor, use goat’s milk Camembert.
