Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g butter
  • 50 g cream cheese spread
  • 200g Camembert(s)
  • 75 g cheese (Limburger)
  • 75 g cream cheese (yogurt cream cheese)
  • 1 shot of beer
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s), preferably red
  • 4 pinch(s) paprika powder, sweet
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • Caraway seeds
  • a few sprigs of parsley, for garnish

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Plucked, dressed Camembert

The ingredients should be at room temperature. Blend the butter, Camembert, Limburger cheese, processed cheese, cream cheese, paprika, caraway seeds (if desired), and beer until smooth, using a hand blender, for example. If you prefer, you can also mash everything with a fork and mix until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Finely dice the onion and stir in. Garnish with parsley and a few onion rings. Serve with fresh pretzels, preferably still warm, and a cold beer.
