Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 ml cream
  • 50 g sugar
  • 100 ml vodka
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), scraped pulp
  • 1 pack of sauce powder (vanilla sauce powder without cooking)
  • 200 ml syrup (woodruff syrup)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Woodruff vanilla liqueur

Whisk everything together vigorously. Pour into clean bottles and let it rest for a day. Store in the refrigerator afterward!
