Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 6 tbsp oil
- 6 tbsp milk
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- breadcrumbs

Instructions

cake base
Combine eggs, milk, flour, sugar, oil, salt, and baking powder in a bowl and mix with a mixer on high speed for about 2 minutes until a smooth batter forms. Grease and crumble a springform pan (approx. 28 cm in diameter). Pour in the batter and bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180°C until light brown. This base is ideal for fruit tarts, fruit and cream tarts, or quark and cream tarts.
