Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg white cabbage, finely chopped
- Vinegar
- Caraway seeds
- oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Sauté the cabbage for 5 minutes in salted vinegar water with caraway seeds, drain the water. Mix the cabbage with oil and season with pepper. Serve warm. Tip: Adding a piece of whole-grain bread while cooking or stewing cabbage and kale will help prevent any unpleasant odors.
