SABO – Spaghetti with chicken and Gorgonzola

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 350 g chicken breast fillet(s), diced
  • 2 zucchini, half rings
  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 250g Gorgonzola
  • 300 ml cream
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook spaghetti until al dente. Heat olive oil, brown chicken breast, add zucchini and bell peppers, and cook for a few minutes. Stir in Gorgonzola, pour in cream, and melt the cheese. Add thoroughly drained spaghetti to the sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes.
