- 200 g lamb’s lettuce
- 800 g potatoes, cooked, peeled
- 60 g onion(s)
- ⅛ liter linseed oil
- 1 lemon(s)
- Vinegar
- Salt
- Mustard
- chives
- Water

Potato and lamb’s lettuce, vegetarian, quick, easy
Drizzle the lamb’s lettuce with lemon juice. Slice the cooked potatoes into thin slices and mix with the remaining ingredients and a little water. Mix the chilled potato salad with the lamb’s lettuce and sprinkle with chives.
