  • 50 g olives, black
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese
  • 50 g quark
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp basil, chopped
  • pepper, black
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with sheep’s cheese – typically Greek

Pit and coarsely chop the olives, crush the garlic. Crumble the feta cheese and puree it with the quark, chopped olives, and crushed garlic clove. Season to taste with freshly chopped basil and seasonings.
