Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 300 g yogurt (skimmed milk yogurt)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Pepper, coarse
- 2 peppers, pickled mild
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mash the feta cheese finely with a fork. Mix with yogurt and oil. Season with pepper. Slice the peppers into thin rings and garnish the dip with them. It tastes great with baguette as a starter for Greek dishes. It’s also a good addition to a buffet.
