Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 5 large potatoes
- 1 dash of olive oil
- some vegetable broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Boil the potatoes and mash them with enough vegetable stock to create a smooth puree. Add a dash of olive oil and mix well. Tip: This mash goes especially well with roast venison or venison.
