Cream – potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, evenly cut into small pieces
  • 60 g butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 300 g cream
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them in their skins in a little water for about 20 minutes. Drain and peel. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Meanwhile, finely crush the garlic. Peel the onion and dice very finely. Sauté in the butter until translucent. Add salt and pepper and fry the peeled potatoes. Pour in the cream, bring to a boil, and sprinkle with parsley. Creamed potatoes go well with pan-fried meat, fish, and mixed salad.
