Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 225 g olives, black or colored (to taste)
- 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp rosemary, fresh, chopped
- 50 g feta cheese, diced (alternatively mozzarella)
- some balsamic vinegar or sherry vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
A plate with olives, rosemary, cheese cubes and olive oil
Toss the olives with oil, rosemary, and cheese and let it sit for at least 1 hour. Drizzle with a few drops of balsamic or sherry vinegar, if desired. Serve with bread for dipping and a tomato salad.
