Omelette with beans

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 slices of toast
  • 500 g beans, green
  • 60 g butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 50 ml milk
  • Salt, pepper, paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the beans until al dente. Toast the slices of bread and cut them into 1×1 cm cubes. Melt the butter in a shallow saucepan or frying pan (the pan/pot will need a lid later) and toast the bread cubes briefly again. Drain the beans and add them. Whisk the eggs with the milk and seasonings and pour over the beans in the pan. Cover and cook until the egg is set on top. I use level 4 of my stovetop’s 9 levels for this process.
