Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tomato(s)
- 1 slice(s) cheese, e.g. Gouda
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp milk
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- Parsley or chives
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
for the special breakfast
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the flour and milk. Chop the tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the bowl. Chop the cheese into small pieces and add it to the bowl. Season and mix well. Add a little oil to a pan and add the egg mixture. Fry on both sides like pancakes. Sprinkle with parsley or chives on the side.
