Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp butter
  • 3 eggs
  • some salt
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 nori sheet

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

simple and delicious

Toast the nori sheet in the oil in a hot pan for a few seconds and then remove. Whisk the eggs, for example, with a fork. Now add a little butter to the cooled pan. Fry the beaten egg in it over low to medium heat (do not stir!). In a non-stick pan, the egg will not stick. When the egg is set on the bottom but still a little runny on top, place the toasted nori sheet on top. Using a spatula, fold the omelet, including the nori sheet, over a few centimeters. Turn off the heat and completely roll up the omelet. Let the omelet cool for a few minutes and then cut into pieces about 3 cm long. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve. Variation: Add spring onions or finely chopped chilies to the egg while it is being beaten.
