Very easy / Beginner

First, put the eggs in a bowl with the tablespoon of milk and the salt. Beat with a whisk. Strain the egg mixture through a sieve. Dice the vegetables and add them. Add pepper only if desired! Add a little oil to a pan. Pour half of the mixture into the pan and fry. Then roll it up halfway and add a little more to the free side. Once it’s cooked, roll it up a little more. Repeat this process until it’s all used up. Let it cool, then cut into pieces and you’re done!
