Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

simple and quick dish

Cut the chicken breast into 2-3 cm pieces. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan or pot and briefly sear the chicken breast or the strips. Season everything with a little salt, pepper, and paprika. Then sprinkle the flour over the mixture and sauté everything, stirring constantly. Now add the pasta, frozen spinach leaves, cream or cream, milk, and vegetable stock. Bring everything to a boil briefly, then simmer over medium heat for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. If the sauce starts to boil away, add a little more milk. At the end of the cooking time, turn off the heat and stir half of the shaved Parmesan cheese into the sauce. Arrange everything on a deep plate and sprinkle with a little of the remaining Parmesan cheese. Tip: You can also add a few halved cherry tomatoes.
