Parmesan potatoes with bacon cubes

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 15 triplets
  • some butter
  • 50 g bacon cubes
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Remove any damaged areas from the potatoes, wash them, and halve them. Then boil them in salted water for 10 minutes. Grease a small baking dish with butter and sprinkle the seasonings evenly over it. Do the same with half of the Parmesan cheese. Place the potato halves cut-side down in the dish. Brush with a little more butter, season again, and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Spread the bacon over the potatoes. Bake the potatoes for about 25 minutes. This portion should be enough for one person as a main course, or for two people as a side dish. Adjust the seasonings to your taste, as can the amount of Parmesan cheese.
