Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 450 g creamed spinach, frozen
- 400 g pasta
- 200 ml cream, alternatively Cremefine
- 600 ml water
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tsp vegetable stock powder
- Salt
- garlic powder
- 100 g cheese, grated or feta cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a large pan until translucent. Add all ingredients, except the cheese, to the pan with the onions. The pasta should be covered with liquid; if there isn’t enough, add more water. Let everything cook until the pasta is cooked. Add the cheese before serving.
