One pot noodles with vegetables and mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 250 g mushrooms, brown
  • 250 g peas, frozen
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 handful of fresh herbs
  • 200 ml water
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • Parmesan, grated
  • chili

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

vegetarian

Finely chop the onions and garlic and sauté in 3 tablespoons of oil. Finely chop the mushrooms and zucchini. Add them to the onions and garlic and sauté. Add the pasta and pour in the water. Bring to a boil and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the cream and peas. Fold in the chopped parsley. Season to taste with chili and Parmesan cheese.
