One-pot Pasta with Mushrooms
The perfect one-pot pasta with mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Spelled Spaghetti
- 250 g Mushrooms brown
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 bunch Fresh smooth parsley
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste
- 3 tsp Pesto Arrabiata, vegan from DM e.g.
- 4 Spring onions
- 750 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 5 Dried tomatoes in oil
- Break the spaghetti in half and place in a deep saucepan.
- Quarter the mushrooms. Roughly chop the onion. Cut the garlic into thin slices. Chop the parsley. Cut the spring onions into rings. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes in oil into fine strips.
- Mix the olive oil, tomato paste, pesto and vegetable stock.
- Place vegetables on top of the spaghetti. Pour the stock over. Bring to the boil, stir and simmer with the lid closed over medium heat for approx. 20-30 minutes. Stir every now and then. The pasta is ready when the sauce is almost completely absorbed.
