Salad: Black Bean Salad with Corn

- 100 g Black bean kernels, dried

- 1 small Can of corn kernels

- 2 Tl Orange balsamic vinegar
- 3 turns from the pepper mill
- Salt to taste
- 1 small Red onion
- Soak the beans overnight and cook the next day. Try it every now and then so that it doesn’t get too soft. Takes about 1 hour.
- Finely season the onion and add to the drained beans. Now mix with all the other ingredients and let stand for about 1 hour.
- A salad that is prepared very quickly when it has to be done quickly. I used wild garlic flowers as decoration.
