Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 500 g creamed spinach
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 liter of broth
  • some cheese, grated
  • 250 g diced ham

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

as a casserole topped with cheese

Combine the vegetable stock and frozen spinach in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until most of the liquid, about two-thirds, has evaporated. Be careful not to overcook the pasta. Add the cream and ham to the pan and bring back to a boil. Transfer everything to a casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes, then grill for another 10 minutes. This dish doesn’t need to be salted, as the ham provides plenty of flavor.
