Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tbsp fat for frying
- 2 sausages, coarse
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 small zucchini
- 6 mini tomatoes
- 3 tbsp herb melted cheese

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cut the sausage into pieces. Finely dice the onion. Melt the fat. Brown the sausage pieces in it. Add the onion and let it become translucent. Use a vegetable peeler to make spaghetti-like strips from the zucchini, or cut it into thin strips. Halve the tomatoes. Add both to the sausage for sweetness and sauce. When everything is bubbling, add the herb cheese spread. After another 5 minutes, the dish is ready.
