Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 400 g flour
- 200 ml water, lukewarm
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 5 slices of salami
- 5 slices of cooked ham
- 1 pack of grated cheese
- 2 onions, cut into rings
- 1 can of tomatoes, pureed
- Spice(s) of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Combine yeast, water, flour, oil, sugar, and salt and knead into a dough. Let the dough rise for half an hour. Place the passata and spices in a bowl and mix well. While the dough rests, finely chop the sausage and onions. When the dough is ready, roll it out flat on a baking sheet with a rolling pin. Then spread all the remaining ingredients evenly over the dough and bake the pizza for 20 minutes at 180°C.
