Onion – bacon – mushroom sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g mushrooms
  • 200 g onion(s)
  • 150 g bacon or ham cubes
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 250 ml broth
  • pepper
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 30 g Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious with spaghetti or tagliatelle

Slice the mushrooms, sauté them in oil with onions and bacon bits. Pour in the broth and crème fraîche. Cook for 5 minutes. Season with pepper and basil strips and serve with spaghetti or tagliatelle. Everyone sprinkles their portion with Parmesan cheese to taste.
