Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 135 g butter
  • 260 g flour
  • 40 ml apricot liqueur
  • 1 orange(s), grated peel
  • Salt
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix the powdered sugar with the flour. Add the salt, egg yolk, and apricot liqueur. Mix with the grated orange zest and margarine to form a dough. Fill the dough into a piping bag fitted with a large star-shaped nozzle. Pipe approximately 4 cm stars onto a baking sheet lined with baking foil. Bake the stars in a preheated oven on the middle rack at 180 degrees Celsius (Gas Mark 3) for approximately 12 minutes and let them cool on a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar to serve. Preparation time: approximately 25 minutes. Baking time: approximately 12-15 minutes.
