Onion bread for the bread maker

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ tsp dry yeast
  • 300 g wheat flour, type 1050
  • 150 g flour (wholemeal rye flour)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black peppercorns, crushed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 100 g onion(s) (fried onions), ready-made product
  • 200 ml water, lukewarm

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, add the liquid ingredients to the machine. Then the dry ingredients. Add the onions when the beep sounds. Remove the dough hooks before the final rise. Program setting: Regular bread, size: 750 g, browning: to taste.
