Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 cup(s) oil
- 1 cup(s) cocoa powder (Kaba, Nesquick…etc.)
- 3 cup(s) hazelnuts, ground
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 cup(s) mineral water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the oil, cocoa powder, hazelnuts, flour, baking powder, and sparkling water and mix well. Pour into a greased bundt or springform pan and bake on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 150-170°C for about 50 minutes. Once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
